Keto Coconut Water Gummie Stars

These three ingredient keto coconut water gummie stars are easy to make and look kids friendly! Plus a tasty way to get more gelatin into your diet!

Ingredients

  • 3 cup coconut water
  • 4 tablespoon grass fed gelatin
  • 1/2 teasppn stevia powder extract for low carb version

Instructions

  1. Mix the coconut water and gelatin in a saucepan away from heat.
  2. Turn on a burner to medium then place the pan over it.
  3. Add the sweetener and stir the mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour into and 8×8 pan and refrigerated for two hours.
  5. Cut in shapes and serve these coconut water gummie stars.

Recipe Notes

For Paleo version: Use 1 tablespoon honey in place of stevia powder extract
