This Paleo Almond Banana Cacao Smoothie is a great option for quick and easy breakfast. This dessert will hit the spot when you are on the go!
I made it at home, as you can see and it was so filling!

Paleo Almond Banana Cacao Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 (13-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk, chilled
1/2 banana, refrigerated
4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons raw almond butter
1-2 tablespoons raw cacao powder to taste
1 teaspoon honey or
5 drops liquid stevia
pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp grass fed gelatin (optional)
Directions:
1) In a blender, puree all ingredients – coconut milk, banana, ice cubes, almond butter, raw cacao, honey, liquid stevia, and salt until completely smooth
(My variation: add 2 tbsp of gelatin at this point a blend a few more seconds)
2) Serve in 1 or 2 glasses
Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies

The protein content is terrible —
1 gram in the coconut milk
4 gm in the Almond butter
