Where to Find the Best Paleo Ingredients & Products Online

This page is the best place to find healthy ingredients to support your grain free lifestyle. I have scoured the Internet to find great sources for healthy ingredients. Nut, coconut and tapioca/arrowroot starch are helpful for people who want to try Paleo baked goods. Seeds such as flax and chia can provide a binder in egg free recipes. Also condiments can be a hidden source of gluten so it is important to know which brands are wheat free. The right fats and oils, found here, should be a priority when switching to a Paleo lifestyle because fats make up hormones and protect the brain.  It is also crucial to priority grass fed meats, pastured chicken/eggs, and wild fish to balance blood sugar and promote satiety. Canned fish and shellfish can be a great source of omega-3s to reduce inflammation and support a real food diet on the go. When it comes to Paleo desserts moderation is key but when choosing sweeteners look for ones that are less refined such as wild honey, coconut sugar and molasses. For lower carb treats choose stevia liquid or powder.
