Café Latte Gelatin Gummy Bears
I have been Cuckoo for coffee ever since I was way too young to drink it. My mom used to take me to coffee shops before it was cool back in the (cough) 1980’s. I got my taste for the good stuff at an early age and it warms my heart every time I think about coffee.
Coffee is not so great for kids so if you want to make this with a coffee substitute like this one that would work too. These days I stick with a an organic water-processed decaf because I get too wired off coffee and I have a big blood sugar drop in the afternoon when I drink the leaded kind.
I have talked about the many benefits of gelatin such as healing joints, reducing cellulite, plumping wrinkles and so much more. It is in your best interest to get 2-3 tablespoons daily and drink lots of healing bone broth (get my recipe).

These look great. I want to make for my husband for long car trip next week. Can you recommend specifically which gelatin to use? I know the brand, but I know that they make more than 1 type.
