I was craving some Jello this morning so I made this, likety split. This Anti-Aging Pomegranate Gelatin Treat recipe took me about 30 minutes total to make. This Paleo, anti-aging pomegranate gelatin treat recipe has amazing healing properties because it has gut supporting gelatin and anti-oxidant properties.

Anti-Aging Pomegranate Gelatin Treat
Ingredients:
2 cups of filtered water
2 pomegranates
2 Tbsp of raw honey OR
10-15 drops of Stevia
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
2 Tbsp of grass Fed beef gelatin (this is my favorite)
Directions:
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Instructional video here.
Simmer the pomegranate seeds for about 10 minutes in the water until it is very red.
Take the liquid off the stove.
Strain and and sort of mush the seeds through a wire mesh colander over a big mixing bowl to get the most nutrients.
Add the lemon juice.
Whisk in the gelatin until dissolved.
Add the sweetener of choice and stir a little more.
Pour into pudding cups and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
(If you want it faster, put it in the freezer!)

Strain the sauce through a wire mesh colander into a Dutch oven and add 1 1/2 cups broth. Set Dutch oven over medium heat. When sauce boils, turn heat down to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes.
