    Thank you for the plethora of info.
    Two questions you asked Sarah and how I would answer them:
    I expect to be on autoimmune paleo until I see a health breakthrough, which seems won’t happen until my adrenal insufficiency and thyroid disruption are resolved.
    The hardest part of following AIP for me is cooking (and washing associated dishes) and keeping healthy food available all of the time.
