These keto mint chocolate gelatin hearts have chocolate chips and if you use coconut milk these little snack will be dairy free. These jello shapes are fast and easy to make so you will be eating them in no time. I gave these mint chocolate gelatin hearts to my friend Carla for her bus ride to see her mom. She gave these Keto mint choclate gelatin hearts to her family and her mom wanted to make all my recipes afterwards.

Keto Mint Chocolate Gelatin Hearts
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon grass fed gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 13-15 oz can coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia powder extract
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- or chopped dark chocolate bar
Instructions

Dissolve the gelatin in the water and stir.

Heat up the coconut milk over medium heat until it is warm.

Add the gelatin to the coconut milk and stir in honey and mint and mix for 3 or 4 more minutes until everything is dissolved.

Strain the coconut milk mixture through a strainer and pour into a bowl with the chocolate chips.

Pour the coconut and chocolate chip mixture into a silicone mold and let it sit in the refrigerator for two hours.

Unmold and enjoy these mint chocolate gelatin hearts!
