Creamy Paleo Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of my easy Homemade Mayo

(do not use store bought!! It is rotten and full of GMO’s!!!)

1 head cabbage, thinly chopped or use a food processor

1-2 carrots, grated

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

2 tsp paprika, divided

1 tsp cumin

Sea salt and pepper to taste

(always use organic ingredients to avoid pesticides and irradiation)

Directions:

Mix everything together in a big bowl.

Let it sit for a while, about 20-30 minutes in the fridge.

Sprinkle a little more paprika on top.

Serve as part of your summer BBQ or picnic!

This book is the perfect companion! During summer months, it’s too hot to cook inside the house so we always prefer to use the grill. This book has healthy and yummy grill recipes for people who prefer the paleo diet. I love it!

This recipe makes a huge bowl, so share it for a gathering or make it Sunday and enjoy it all week – topping it with a great protein for a complete lunch or dinner meal.
