This is a ketogenic recipe roundup post that has a lot of the popular low carb recipes on my site and some from Paleo friends. I tend to follow a lower carb, Paleo diet which helps to keep my weight stable and my sugar cravings at bay. It also helps me with my blood sugar regulation and supports neurotransmitters production for my happy moods. I think you will find that a lower carb plan can help you feel your best when compared to a standard American diet.
