Grain Free Orange Blossom Bread Recipe (paleo & gluten free)

Looking for a great Grain Free Orange Blossom Bread recipe?

People always complain about not having bread on  gluten, and grain free diet so I tried /made up this version of coconut flour bread. I was inspired by my new friend Cara at Health home happy but I added some personal touches to this bread to make it all mine. I used orange blossom water which has been used in Persia and the Middle East for thousands of years as tonic for healthy skin to improved mood and digestion. This grain free orange blossom bread brightens up any gray and foggy SF day that is for sure.

Grain Free Orange Blossom Bread

Grain Free Orange Blossom Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

6 eggs

1/4 cup ground golden flax
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp orange blossom water or 1 tsp orange zest
1/3 cup butter or ghee, soft or melted
1/3 cup applesauce or pumpkin
8-10 drops of stevia or
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
3/4 cup coconut flour (buy coconut flour here)

Directions:
Grease 1 standard sized loaf pan or 2 mini loaf pans well with butter, ghee, or coconut oil.
Mix the eggs and flax and let it sit for 5 minutes in a large bowl.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients until there are no lumps. (I used parchment because my loaf pans are crappy quality. Buy a good loaf pan here)
Pour the batter into bread pan, filling 3/4 full if dividing between multiple mini bread pans.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for a standard sized loaf, or 25 minutes for mini loaves.
Cooking time may vary as loaf pans vary in size; bread is done when a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Allow to cool before trying to remove bread from pan.
To remove, gently run a butter knife around the outside edges, between the bread and the pan.
 Flip the bread pan over a plate and (hopefully) it will come out all in one piece.
Turn right side up, slice as desired, and store, covered, in the fridge.
