My friend Carol was inspired to write this grain free treats book after healing her autoimmune disease and losing weight on a Paleo diet. She wanted to still have treats even though she could no longer eat wheat and gluten. This book is full of real food ingredients that no one will suspect are healthy. Take treats to your work get together and family occasions without anyone wrinkling thier nose. I bet your baked goods will be the first ones to run out and people will be asking for seconds. Carol also has a way with the camera and captures these goodies in the perfect light. Read Carol’s full success story here.
My Good friend Carol wrote this book e-book with 70 grain and gluten free desserts. She is a whiz with baked goods and was even on my podcast talking about her grain free baking tips.

On one of your other blog post about bone broth, you say use “pastured animals”. Would venison be considered as a “pastured animal”? We do hunt during deer season and have several deer during that time, and I don’t have access to any other pastured animals. Thank you for your blogs and your response to my question.
