Paleo Coconut Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients:
1 head organic red cabbage or green cabbage
2 medium carrots
1/2 cup organic apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup melted Virgin Coconut Oil
2-4 packets NuNaturals Nustevia
or 2 Tbsp raw honey
1 tsp celery seed
1 sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Use food processor to chop all cabbage and the carrot. Place in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Add salt and pepper to tastes.
Then refrigerate 2-3 hours.
