I made these Keto Dark Chocolate Candy Bears for my husband.. I love making homemade chocolates for my Valentine. My husband and I have been married for 10 years which is hard to believe. I think I love him more everyday and since we do not have kids yet, everyday is like Valentines day! Here I share some ways to take care of yourself this Valentines day without damaging your health.

Keto Dark Chocolate Candy Bears

These keto dark chocolate candy bears have lavender oil which will help you relax away the stress of Valentines day and get in a loving mood! Here I share some ways to take stress out of Valentine day.

Lavender is one of my favorite oils with hundreds of uses, known as the Swiss army knife of oils! Read more about lavender oil here. If lavender sounds strange to you just use peppermint oil, a great place combo with peppermint. I added peppermint oil to this keto dark chocolate peppermint bark to make it have a cool and refreshing taste that is unforgettable. I only recommend using these oils. My Double Chocolate Baked Donut and Keto Peppermint Hot Chocolate Mix also tastes great with peppermint oil.

Make sure to only use Young Living essential oils because they are the only ones that are high enough quality and for use as a dietary supplement.

Keto Dark Chocolate Candy Bears with Lavender Oil

These sugar free keto dark chocolate candy bears are the perfect valentine day treat that you can enjoy making for the paleo, Ketogenic, low carb, gluten free, and dairy free dieters in your life!

Ingredients

  • 10-12 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 5 to 10 drops lavender oil
  • or peppermint oil

Instructions

  1. Place a saucepan on medium heat with a few inches of water.
  2. Put the chocolate chips in a Pyrex bowl and place over the saucepan.
  3. After about 5 minutes or when the chocolate has melted, remove the bowl from the heat.
  4. Stir in the lavender oil and pour the chocolate into a mold shape of your choice. 

  5. Let the candy set in the refrigerator for one hour, serve and enjoy.
