Carbon Steel Pan
One thing I have used so much this whole year is my favorite carbon steel pan. I have the smallest one and it is indestructible. I have had it two years and I never seasoned it but it is non-stick and you can scrape it with metal spatulas and steel wool without any damage. Having an air fryer has been so important to my sanity while following a carnivore diet, I use it constantly. It keeps the grease inside and not all over your counters and floors. It is easy to dump the grease tray for easy clean up. It is super powerful and fast. I make my frozen ribeye with an air fryer (watch my video here).
