We are holding a cooking class at my studio where we will teach you about the flavors of the southern Mediterranean and North Africa. My husband is a professionally trained chef and he will show you some tricks of the trade. The menu will feature three different meats, a salad, an appetizer and dessert. At the end of the class we will all dine on the meat feast together. I will be there highlighting some nutritional aspects of the food and answering your questions. You will also get to go home with the recipes and a real food, healing shopping list.
