Keto Roasted Cauliflower and Bacon Recipe

This Keto Roasted Cauliflower and Bacon is so simple and delicious way to eat more cauliflower. The naturally sweet flavor of roasted cauliflower and the crisp crunch of bacon makes a great low carb and ketogenic snack or side dish. Its rich flavor will make your house smell amazing. This recipe is perfect for paleo diet or whole30 plan as well.

Cauliflower is a vegetable lower in carbs but filled with minerals, vitamins and fiber. This versatile vegetable can replace anything higher carb and grainy in your food because it has an awesome texture.

Keto Roasted Cauliflower and Bacon Recipe

This Keto Roasted Cauliflower and Bacon recipe is a delicious way to eat more cauliflower. It makes a great low carb and keto snack or side dish that is equally perfect for paleo, gluten, grain, dairy and egg free dieters!

Ingredients

  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 1 12 oz package bacon (pork, turkey, beef bacon works well)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment. 

  3. Cut the cauliflower into medium florets and discard the core. Place the florets on the baking sheet. 

  4. Cut the bacon cross-ways into 1 inch pieces and sprinkle them over the florets making sure the bacon is not stuck together. 

  5. Sprinkle the bacon and cauliflower with the salt and pepper.

  6. Cook for 20 minutes then stir to coat the cauliflower in the bacon grease. Bake for 20 more minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cauliflower is browned. 

  7. Bake for 20 more minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cauliflower is browned. 

  8. Serve and enjoy.
