Low Carb Keto Barbecue Sauce
I made this low carb barbecue sauce for topping some barbecue chicken which was a dish we had all the time growing up. It is so fun to recreate my childhood recipes that were full of sugary sauces or canned soups to be paleo and keto friendly. This sauce can be used on ribs or brisket while still keeping the sweetness without the carbs. Low Carb Keto Barbecue Sauce
This sweet and spicy Low Carb Keto Barbecue Sauce tastes so delicious and ready in just 5 minutes. Its tangy and smoky flavor really makes it stand out from the rest while being sugar free.
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 oz tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon gluten free soy suace
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon gluten free horseradish mustard or spicy mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3-4 drops stevia liquid to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon natural liquid smoke optional
Mix all ingredients well, then use as a dipping sauce for meats.
You can also spread on meats before baking.
