Keto Green Juice Detox Gelatin Gummies
It is that time of year again: Detox season! I am not into too much detoxing as I think it something to do everyday with the food that you choose. The best foods for detox are greens, yes, but without enough protein/ amino acids (and healthy fats) our liver would not be able to harness the power our detox pathways. So detoxing without protein is all wrong and will totally throw off blood sugar balance making you just a few moments away from your next office break room binge. After you fall for that cookie your resolutions about diet change won’t seem so stellar. This year detox the right way and make sure to have balanced (paleo/ grain free) meals 3 times a day along with your greens!
Keto Green Juice Detox Gelatin Gummies
This Keto Green Juice Detox Gelatin Gummie recipe has gelatin from grass fed cows which is very healing for the skin and digestive system. This gelatin also has plenty of the amino acid glycine which helps with detoxification and muscle maintenance. So these Green Juice Detox Paleo Gelatin Gummies could help you lose weight because they will boost metabolism by improving liver function and fueling muscles. I hope you enjoy this fun way of getting more greens and protein into your system!
