I don’t often leave a message, but I feel you need to know that you could increase your following (with people like me) if you could add the information of Calories, Protein, Fat and Carbs on your recipes. And if you have on some, I have not read those recipes. And, if you have and I haven’t seen them, then they are not easy for the eyes to find. Since starting the LCHF life style, I following great recipes that have the information available. AND, I recommend to my friends to do the same. Your recipes are great as reading goes, but I don’t try or share recipes that don’t give the pertinent information when it comes to the things we have to pay attention to (ie: cals, proteins, fats and carbs).
I am telling you this because I would love to follow you. Perhaps even buy your book. But, I fear that your book may not have this information either. I hope this input helps in a profitable way. Cause, on an up note, it looks like your information rocks from what I have read. 🙂
