Keto Chocolate Chip Fat Bombs
I kept seeing a keto versions of these Chocolate Chip Fat Bombs online but I wanted to make them dairy free. It is harder to make some of the keto treats when you are avoiding dairy but it can be done with a few tweaks. I never have trouble getting in my healthy fat but if you need more lipids in your day to fuel your keto results then this is the ticket.

Keto Chocolate Chip Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Swerve for lower carb
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup grass fed butter melted
- or ghee
- or coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cream, sweetener, coconut flour, butter, vanilla, and salt until well blended.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Refrigerate for an hour then roll into balls.

Store in a container in the freezer to enjoy one at a time.
Recipe Notes
For Paleo version: Use maple sugar in place of Swerve
