Dark Chocolate Low Carb Ketogenic Fat Bombs
These low carb, ketogenic and Paleo friendly fat bombs with dark chocolate are just the thing when you want a healthy treat after dinner or something to tide you over until the next meal. Dark chocolate is a good source of magnesium. Coconut butter and grass fed butter have many benefits for brain health.
Coconut oil is easy to digest while grass fed butter is high in vitamin A and D which support the immune system. Almond butter is high in vitamin E which helps us have youthful skin. These are naturally sugar free and can be sweetened with your choice of stevia, Erythritol, or coconut sugar based on your preference and diet choices.
Dark Chocolate Low Carb Ketogenic Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- or unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/2 cup grass fed butter
- or coconut oil
- 3 oz dark chocolate 85 % (or higher)
- 1 scant teaspoon stevia extract
- or swerve 1/4 cup
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt order here
Instructions

Heat up a few cups of water in a saucepan over medium high heat and place a pyrex bowl on top.

Add all the ingredients and melt them all together until smooth and well combined.

Pour into silicone mold or a lined candy dish.

Freeze the candies for 1 hour before serving.

Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Keep them in the freezer or refrigerator until right before serving.
Recipe Notes
For Paleo version: 1/4 cup coconut sugar in place of stevia extract or swerve
