Seaweed Salad: Cucumber, Radishes & Avocado –
My seaweed salad recipe made with cucumber, radishes and avocado is so delicious. Soy free coconut amino’s sauce adds special flavor to it.
Seaweed Salad
Ingredients:
1 half cucumber
3-4 radishes
Avocado
Wakame seaweed
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Coconut amino’s as desired
1 lemon juiced
Directions:
Chop one apple, cucumber, and slice one ripe avocado into cubes and place in bowl. Next rehydrate seaweed by submerging in water for 2-3 min. Then drain seaweed and add to radish, avocado, cucumber mixture. Then top with sesame seeds and amino’s to desired saltiness, then add lemon juice. Mix and serve.
