I kept seeing a versions of these Keto Chocolate Chip Fat Bombs online but I wanted to make them dairy free. It is harder to make some of the keto treats when you are avoiding dairy but it can be done with a few tweaks. I never have trouble getting in my healthy fat but if you need more lipids in your day to fuel your keto results then this is the ticket.

Yield: 9 servings or 27 scoops of dough, 3 scoops per serving
3/4 cup coconut milk (order here) or heavy cream
3/4 cup coconut flour (order here)
1/2 cup butter melted, ghee or coconut oil (order here)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (order here)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (order here)
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (order here)
In a large bowl, combine cream, sweetener, coconut flour, butter, vanilla, and salt until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for an hour then roll into balls. Store in a container in the freezer to enjoy one at a time.
