I took this great Paleo, dairy free, grain free bread recipe to a party ad it was gone so quickly. Everyone seemed to like it, especially the kids. It is kind of like a cross between a sweet potato casserole and a zucchini bread. I hope you enjoy it!
Turn on oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
Add all ingredients and mix together until well combined.
Put mixture into a small casserole dish or stainless steel loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes or until the middle is set.
These would also make great muffins.
Makes a small loaf about 6-8 slices.
