Flax Choco-coconut Pudding

Easy Chocolate Pudding


Ingredients:
1 can Native Forest Coconut Milk
6-8 packets of organic Stevia
3 tbsp raw organic cocoa powder
¼ cup organic golden flax seeds
1 drop of vanilla extract 

2 tbsp shredded coconut

Directions:
 Put all ingredients in a blender until thickened. Chill for 2 hours. Serves 4. Add some shredded coconut as a garnish. 

Savor each morsel!

    I make a slightly similar pudding at home, but completely leave out any sweetener. I find the coconut milk is sweet enough. I also sometimes add chia seeds which helps with the consistency.
