Paleo Strawberry and Cream Chia Jam (gluten and dairy free)
Ingredients:
1 lb organic strawberries
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk (find here)
3 tablespoons raw honey (find here) OR
1 tsp stevia powder extract (find here)
4 tablespoons ground chia seeds (find here) or ground golden flax (find here)
Directions:
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
- Place the strawberries, lemon juice, coconut milk, sweetener, and chia in a food processor.
- Place the liquid in a glass storage container and set it in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Serve it with grass fed butter or ghee and Paleo bread and enjoy.
