I have always been a fan of meatloaf but most of it has a a ton of fillers and starch. So I wanted to make a meatloaf that was dairy free and gluten free but without any fillers. This Keto and Carnivore Meatloaf Muffins Recipe has only eggs as the binder. Spices are optional as well as adding sugar free ketchup for those who are interested.

Keto and Carnivore Meatloaf Muffin Recipe
Ingredients
Optional Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- No-sugar added ketchup for topping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix the meat, eggs, salt and spices, if using, with your hands until well combined.

Prepare the muffin pan with the liners.

Fill each cup with meat until it is three quarters full.

Place the meatloaf muffins in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes.

Depending on your oven, muf ns may cook faster or slower.

Check one muffin at about 20 minutes by carefully cutting the hot muffin in half.

If it seems done enough to your liking, remove the muffin pan from the oven, serve the muffins with tongs and enjoy.
