Easy Salad Dressing for Two

It is very important for your health that you make your own salad dressings because the ones in the store are full of rancid oils, sweeteners and GMO ingredients like soybean/ canola oil and high fructose corn syrup. Read more here.

Easy Salad Dressing for Two

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar /fresh lemon Juice /Balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil (many are cheaper ones have vegetable oil mixed in, I recommend this one)
1 Tbsp gluten free mustard
Sea Salt  to taste
Ground pepper to taste
2  garlic cloves, minced
Add a few drops liquid Stevia (optional) (Leave off stevia if following 21DSD)


Directions: Whisk together, then toss to coat organic salad greens.
