I made these popsicles for my husband who is on a low carb diet. He loved them and they were a treat that was allowed on his diet. The thing I like about these popsicles is that they don’t use overly sweet juice that is really not any healthier than soda. These are so easy and just take a few minutes to put together.

Easy Low Carb and Paleo Grapefruit Popsicles
Ingredients:
Juice of 2 large grapefruits
2 cups filtered water
1 tsp stevia powder extract OR
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl then pour them into Popsicle molds (I have these).
Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.
