5 Minute Crock Pot Lamb Roast
My 5 minute crock pot grass fed lamb roast recipe made with olive oil is easy to make, quick & so flavorful. You can serve it with horseradish mustard & your favorite greens.
5 Minute Crock Pot Lamb Roast
Ingredients:
4 tbsp fresh chopped sage
4 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
2 oz fresh thyme sprigs
1/4 cup Dijon horseradish mustard (I use Amy’s)
Sea salt and organic pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
4-6 lb lamb roast
6 cups filtered water
3 stalks celery
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots
3 large garlic cloves, peeled

Directions:Combine spices, mustard, and oil in a bowl and brush the roast generously. Lower the smothered roast into a crock pot and add the water, vegetables and garlic.
Cook for 8 hours on low.
Serve with horseradish mustard and your favorite greens. My tahini sauce goes well on top.
