I am happy to announce that I recently opened my own office/ studio at 2435 Polk St Suite #8 near the corner of Union St. This is a beautiful commercial studio location with access from Polk St in Russian Hill. It overlooks a nice patio and faces Head and Soul Salon.

Nutrition Coaching Consultations:This studio is also my office where I conduct private nutrition consultations. I am a Certified Nutrition Educator from Bauman College in Berkeley California. This experience coupled with my personal health accomplishments give me the know how to help women through their challenges with their weight and wellness. A unique service that I provide for my clients is nutrition and personal training all in one hour session. During a coaching we will work on your diet and lifestyle for 20-30 minutes and then do a heart pumping full body exercise routine for the last 30 minutes.
