Great Site.
The sudden death of my wife from diet related causes prompted me to make a lifestyle change. I’ve lost 158 ponds in the past 2 1/2 years. Read about my low carb journey on my blog. I have before and now pictures posted. I FEEL GEAT!
Thanks for sharing your story Caitlin! I ended up in a Natural Health practice to help myself also, but my background came from having undiagnosed Celiac Disease and being too thin and malnourished. I’m 60 now and feel better than ever. Taking care of myself is a privelege. Taking care of others is an honor!
