  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and sugar together in a large bowl with a whisk.
  3. Mix the eggs, vanilla, and oil in another bowl.
  4. Combine the mixtures scoop out onto the prepared baking sheet in 2 inch mounds.
  5. Top with slivered almonds and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Recipe Notes

Paleo sweetener option: Use 1/2 cup coconut sugar (order here) in place of stevia or swerve
