Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • Butter for greasing the pan

Instructions

Blend the Batter:

  1. Crack all 8 eggs into a blender.
  2. Add the 8 oz block of cream cheese to the blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture achieves a smooth consistency.

Prep and Cook:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
  2. Pour a little less than half a cup of the batter into the pan, ensuring it's evenly spread but not too thick.
  3. Wait for bubbles to form on the surface before flipping the crepe.
  4. Cook until both sides achieve a golden-brown hue.
  5. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.

Tip: The first few crepes might serve as your "practice rounds," but as you go along, they'll turn out perfectly golden. For keto version: add a tsp of vanilla and 3-4 packets of stevia to the blender, if desired. 

Serve and Enjoy:

  1. Roll them up for a more elegant presentation or use them as a base for delicious carnivore friendly wraps.
