Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the tahini, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Freeze the bowl for 30 minutes and then roll into 1 inch balls, placing evenly on parchment covered cookie sheet.
  4. Freeze for 1 hour before serving. Store in the freezer between serving.
  5. Note: if using stevia these will be thinner and harder to roll.

Recipe Notes

For Paleo version: use 1/2 cup coconut sugar in place of swerve or stevia
