Instructions

  1. Whisk the gelatin with the boiling water in a large bowl until dissolved.
  2. Add the sweetener to the gelatin and stir.
  3. Very slowly stir in the room temperature kombucha/kevita.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8×8 glass dish or silicone mold and refrigerate for two hours.
  5. Cut into shapes of choice or just eat with a spoon and enjoy

Recipe Notes

For Paleo version: Use 1 tablespoon honey in place of stevia sweetener for a higher carb version.
