Instructions

  1. Mix the water with the gelatin in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat up the coconut milk over medium heat in a saucepan.
  3. Stir the gelatin mixture into the pan.
  4. Add the rose water and sweetener and then stir in the pomegranates seeds for a few seconds
  5. Pour the gelatin mixture into a greased jello mold or silicone mold.
  6. Refrigerate the gelatin for two hours.
  7. Serve and enjoy Pom and Cream Jello.

Paleo Version: Use 2 tablespoon raw honey in place of stevia powder extract
