Instructions

  1. Mix the coconut milk, water and gelatin in a sauce pan until smooth.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir until warm about 5 minutes and slowly stir in cocoa and sweetener.
  3. Pour into a shallow glass container.
  4. Move it to the refrigerator and chill for one hour.
  5. Slice into 1 inch squares and remove with a spatula into a serving dish.
  6. Serve and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

For Paleo version: Use 1/4 cup honey in place of stevia

For an AIP Version: Use carob such as this one and choose honey option.
