Ingredients
- 3 cups hot coffee I use decaf
- 2 tablespoons ghee or grassfed butter
- 2 tablespoons Collagen
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- *optional add in's*
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 drop nutmeg vitality essential oil
- stevia to taste
