These Cocoa Butter Low Carb Ketogenic Fat Bombs are quick and easy way to add little more fat into your diet! Recipe includes instructions to make it paleo friendly too (see notes for that)!
Heat up a few cups of water in a saucepan over medium high heat and place a glass pyrex bowl on top.
Add all the ingredients and melt them all together until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into silicone mold (order here) or a lined mini muffin tins.
Freeze the candies for 1 hour before serving.
Store in the refrigerator 1-2 weeks. Keep them in the freezer or refrigerator until right before serving.
If you don't have cocoa butter, coconut butter (order here) will work.
For Paleo Option: Use 1/4 cup coconut sugar (not Keto/sugar free)
