Let me start off by saying that this book will be a godsend to so many people suffering from autoimmune disorders. You will learn how to reverse your autoimmune disease and heal your body.
The Paleo Approach Book Review
The Paleo Approach is broken down into two parts, Part 1: The Cause and Part 2: The Cure. In Part 1 Sarah breaks down the science behind autoimmune disease, the cause, dietary and lifestyle factors that contribute to autoimmunity. Once you know exactly what’s going on inside your body you can move on to the Paleo approach diet lifestyle and implementation. Every chapter has a review at the end which is really helpful because you are absorbing so much information. Don’t be intimidated by the science in this book, Sarah is really good at explaining it all, like Robb Wolf says in the foreword, “…makes you feel like you’re sitting around the kitchen table discussing health with a close friend…a damn smart close friend!”. In Part 2 Sarah shows you how to troubleshoot and essentially tweak the Paleo Approach Diet to fit your personal needs. She calls it the FAQ Headquarters of the book. There is so much more in this book, I could write up a report…but I’ll give you highlights instead.
