Recovering from a Vegetarian Diet

My first guest on our podcast was my good friend Hannah Healy of healyeatsreal.com. Unfortunately she had to learn at a young age about the dangers of vegetarianism when her energy and digestion went wonky after several years of avoiding meat. She wants to help other people to avoid the same mistakes she made so they don’t experience fatigue, anxiety and sleepless nights caused by a nutrient deficient diet. We both had thyroid and adrenal challenges after our giving up meat so please listen so you can stay healthy and well.
