I have hung out with Sarah a few times at her book signing and at Paleo FX and she is really down to earth. She has a true passion for helping people and has dealt with autoimmune disease herself. She has a skin disease that flares up when she eats nightshades and other non-paleo foods. She also lost over 100 pounds after having her kids on a low carb plan but needed to follow AIP to truly find health. I love her focus on nutrient density and healing rather than beating yourself up in the gym and starving yourself.
