Evelyne has always had a passion for food, fitness, and wellness. She got her

Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness, Nutrition, and

Health. She worked as a personal trainer for 7 years and is still passionate about

lifting weights and staying active. She is a certified Health Coach through the

Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has taken courses with Dr. Bryan Walsh

and Dr. Datis Kharazzian in functional blood chemistry, functional endocrinology,

brain and neurotransmitters, and thyroid health. She frequently attends medical

conferences like the Scripps Natural Supplements conference and the Institute

for Functional Medicine conferences. She is certified as a Precision Nutrition

coach with Dr. John Berardi and is enrolled in the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition

certification course.

Evelyne hosts her own show, Elevate Your Energy Radio, every Monday on

BlogTalkRadio and interviews experts on various women’s health topics. For

the last 2 years, she has worked for Thorne Research and Natural Health

International as a functional medicine consultant.
