So, let’s dive into the 5 day carnivore diet easy meal preps, and get ready to elevate your workweek with delightful and wholesome carnivore-friendly meals!
1- Mediterranean-Style Chicken Wings: A Savory Carnivore Meal Prep
As a part of my 5 day carnivore diet meal prep for this workweek, I had an appetizing recipe for Mediterranean-inspired chicken wings. These delicious wings are not only easy to make but also perfect for those seeking a burst of rich flavors on their carnivore journey.
To get started, grab some thawed chicken wings. You can find great deals at your local supermarket, just like I did with a BOGO offer at Publix, getting two pounds for about 8 bucks. In this video, I show you all the great options that are perfect for a carnivore or Keto diet.
Then, you need to season these wings to perfection. My recipe has a Mediterranean twist and includes a delightful combination of paprika, garlic, cumin, and salt. You can feel free to add a pinch of pepper if you prefer a spicier kick. Simply mix about a tablespoon of each spice and coat the wings thoroughly. The moisture from the thawing chicken eliminates the need for additional oil, making this preparation even more carnivore friendly.
Once seasoned, arrange the wings on a baking sheet. Bake them in the oven at 350°F for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. After this initial baking time, flip the wings over and broil them for an additional five minutes to achieve a delectable crust on the other side. The result would be tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked chicken wings that are ideal for easy meal prep.
Enjoy these mouthwatering wings throughout your workweek or pack them in a to-go box for a convenient and satisfying carnivore meal on-the-go. 2- Juicy Carnivore Burgers: A Tasty Meal Prep Option
As a part of my carnivore diet meal prep for this workweek, I bring you a mouthwatering recipe for carnivore burgers. I made these juicy burgers that are not only a delight to savor but also a perfect addition to your weekly meal prep.
I typically use 80/20 ground beef, which I find more appealing than the 100% grass-fed option as it offers a better balance of fat. While the grass fed variety is leaner, I prefer the richer taste and texture of the 80/20 blend. So, I use this ground beef to make flavorful and juicy burgers for my meal.
To start, shape the beef into perfectly sized patties, Then, season these patties. As devoted carnivores, I recommend keeping it simple yet delicious. A dash of salt and pepper is all you need to enhance the natural flavors of the beef. Once seasoned, fire up the grill or a skillet, this one is my favorite. It is carbon steel. Now, cook the patties to your desired level of doneness. For many of us carnivore enthusiasts, a perfectly medium-rare patty is the ultimate goal. One key is to always get your burner really hot before you put them in your pan if you want a nice crust on them. You don’t really have to put any grease because these have a lot of fat in them but if you want to you can add some ghee in there or butter or tallow if you really wanted to. Cook the burgers for 3 minutes on each side. Now, you have your juicy carnivore burgers ready to be packed and enjoyed throughout the workweek.
So, whether you are at the office or on the go, indulge in these savory carnivore burgers for your convenience. These versatile burgers can be enjoyed as they are or accompanied by your favorite carnivore approved toppings.
An easy option for topping is to bring some cheese or mustard to work for added flavor to your carnivore meal. Personally, I don’t tolerate dairy well, so I opt for a bit of goat cheese occasionally, but my husband enjoys regular cheese. Mustard, on the other hand, is generally well-tolerated by most people and has fewer ingredients. If you prefer, you can also add ghee, butter, or tallow for extra richness, although these burgers are already quite fatty on their own. The choice is yours!
3- Tasty Sardine Cakes
This delightful and easy to make recipe for Tasty Sardine Cakes is one of the 25 + delicious carnivore keto recipes from my 30 Days Carnivore Diet Challenge ebook. Get this e-book for getting started on an informed and transformative journey, backed by science, experience, and practical tips and tools to achieve optimal health with a carnivore diet. These savory cakes are not only nutritious but also a wonderful addition to your weekly meal prep. To create these tasty sardine cakes, you’ll need just a few simple ingredients: sardines, eggs, and salt. For those who enjoy a touch of spice, you can add paprika, pepper, garlic, or mustard as optional seasonings. I like to keep it simple and focus on the natural flavors of sardines.
I used these 4 cans of sardines (3.75 oz can, in water). Start by draining the oil from the sardines and then combine them with 2 eggs and salt. If desired, you can add a teaspoon each of garlic, pepper and paprika and 2 teaspoons of spicy brown mustard for an extra flavor boost but these are optional. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Now, form the mixture into small patties using your hands. Laying them on parchment paper makes for easy cleanup and convenience. Next, heat a pan with two tablespoons of ghee until it’s nice and hot. Ghee adds a wonderful richness to the sardine cakes while ensuring they won’t stick to the pan. Carefully place the patties in the pan using a spatula to achieve that perfect crust.
Cook the sardine cakes for about 1-2 minutes on each side, being mindful not to overcook them. The eggs will bind the patties together, resulting in a deliciously moist and flavorful texture. Once cooked, these sardine cakes are ready to be packed for your work week meals. Enjoy them hot or cold, paired with your favorite carnivore friendly sides.
4- Salmon Filet
In my 5 day Carnivore Diet Meal Prep for the Workweek series, I am thrilled to introduce you to a mouthwatering recipe for juicy salmon filets. These very easy and flavorful filets not only offer a delightful culinary experience but also provide a nutrient rich addition to your carnivore weekly meal prep.
To begin, gather your frozen salmon filets. Ensure they are fully defrosted by placing them in water if you’re looking to expedite the process. Once defrosted, pat the filets dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture. With your salmon filets ready, it’s time to enhance their natural flavors. Season both sides with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, keeping it delightfully simple yet delicious.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the seasoned salmon filets onto a baking sheet. Bake them for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, allowing the salmon to cook to perfection. The result is tender, flaky salmon that’s packed with savory goodness.
In just a short cooking time, you’ll have a batch of delicious salmon filets that are ideal for your workweek meal prep. Whether enjoyed hot or cold, these filets provide a nourishing and satisfying lunch option.
5- Convenient Boiled Eggs: A Reliable On-the-Go Option

To prepare, simply boil about twelve eggs each week. Boiled eggs are versatile, offering a quick and convenient snack or meal component. Their simplicity makes them an excellent choice for on the go carnivores.

Topping options
For those who enjoy a touch of dairy, consider bringing along cheese to complement these carnivore meals. Alternatively, mustard is a condiment that many people can tolerate well and comes with a simpler ingredient list so you can use spicy brown mustard to add zing and flavor without any complications. You can also make yourself my carnivore hollandaise sauce with this easy blender recipe here. You can also pair them with avocado mayo or butter for an extra dose of healthy fats.
