30 Autoimmune Paleo Diet Healthy Dinner Recipes

Autoimmune Paleo Diet is a healthy version of the Paleo diet that is more strict to help autoimmune conditions by reducing symptoms. Paleo eliminates, gluten, grain, dairy, and soy to mimic the diet of our ancestors. The Autoimmune Paleo diet was first outlined by Loren Cordain and made popular by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne. It also eliminates nightshades, certain spices and eggs for a period of time to heal the gut lining which helps to regulate the immune system.

A full description of the foods to eat is here. Several great books on this topic are here and here.  It can be ver helpful for many even though it can be isolating and take some extra work many people share that it was life changing for them. Give it a try and let me know how it helps you.
