Keto and Paleo Peppermint Hot Chocolate Recipe

Yields: 4 cups dry mix
2 2/3 cups coconut sugar or 3 teaspoons stevia extract powder (order here)
1 cup cocoa powder (order here)
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (order here)
1 cup coconut milk powder (order here)
6 tablespoons collagen hydrolysate gelatin powder (order here)
1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder (order here)
12 drops peppermint essential oil (order here)
Over a large, dry bowl sift all of the ingredients together except the essential oil. Mix well, and add the essential oil, mix again. To use, mix 3 tablespoons of the cocoa mix with 1 cup (8 oz.) warm to hot water.
