Paleo/Low Carb Fudge

Ingredients:

6 oz of Dark Organic Chocolate (pick 80%-100% depending on preference)
1/2 cup Xylitol ( xylitol FAQ here)
(or 1/4-1/2 cup maple syrup or honey for Paleo based on preference)
1/2 cup grass fed butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

DIY double boiler

Directions:

Melt the dark chocolate, butter and coconut oil over a double boiler with the xylitol or maple syrup. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the vanilla and chopped nuts. Put in a 8×8 glass dish and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours until firm. Cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy.
