Dark Chocolate Low Carb Ketogenic Fat Bombs
Prep time: 10 minutes (60 minutes inactive)
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 12 servings
1/2 cup grass fed butter or coconut oil (order here)
3 oz 85 % dark chocolate (order here)
1 scant teaspoon stevia extract or 1/4 cup swerve (order here) or 1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (order here)
Heat up a few cups of water in a saucepan over medium high heat and place a pyrex bowl on top. Add all the ingredients and melt them all together until smooth and well combined. Pour into silicone mold or a lined candy dish. Freeze the candies for 1 hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator 1-2 weeks. Keep them in the freezer or refrigerator until right before serving.
