I wanted to put together this Keto Fat Bomb Low Carb Dessert Round Up to help you find great recipes for getting more healthy fat into your Atkins, Paleo or Gluten free diet. Eating higher fat and lower carb can help put your body into ketosis which can improve focus, boost energy and support healthy weight loss.
I hope you enjoy this great round of natural treats from my blogger buddies that use real food ingredients that are low in sugar and free of artificial sweeteners. Please share with a friend who may want to get started on a keto plan. First, I don’t know what Keto is, so it would be helpful to explain that. More importantly, I was put off by your use of the term “Round Up” since I am adamantly against Monsanto’s Roundup. I checked out the article but cannot even read it at this point. Sorry for the negative response, but thought I must share anyway.
